Why is my commission payment delayed?

If your commission seems delayed, the first thing to check is your documentation.

The most common holdup is missing or incomplete files. When that happens:

• You’ll get a text from HANDLD, and/or

• You’ll see an alert in dotloop explaining what’s missing

Your commission can’t be released until all required items are uploaded and approved.
