During onboarding, you’ll receive a checklist. After completing the State License Requirements section, you'll unlock a second section called Pre-Flight Checklist.
Inside the Pre-Flight Checklist, you’ll find a task titled “Request Access to Lofty.” Follow the steps in that task to request your Lofty access.
